This has been our guiding principle ever since the business first opened its doors to Springwood NSW. We love being able to service our fellow locals and we made it our mission to advocate good eyesight and proper eye care to the people who have given us their trust and support.

Our Story
Blue Mountains Optical is the new name of the local optometry practice on Macquarie Road in Springwood. It is now running under the management of long-term employee, Anthony Forrest with his wife Lisa, together with Mark Archer and his wife Jodi.
Anthony has worked at the practice for twenty years and will use his experience and relationship with the existing patients to ensure that the practice is well placed to continue to serve as the longest operating optometry practice in Springwood.
Mark, who is the son-in-law of the previous owner, is also stepping in to bring in his many years of experience in business to help make the practice a continuing success.
The practice is also lucky to continue to be supported by experienced and highly regarded optometrist, Katherine Costello.
